This category celebrates a property firm that consistently offers excellence in the sale of bequests of land or properties for a charity legacy team, achieving high value sale prices, along with best-in-class examples of marketing property or land bequests and collaborative working.  

This award will recognise:

The award will recognise an outstanding relationship between property firm and legacy team – including sector-leading achievements in the sale of property or land bequests for charity clients, high value sale or auction prices, and best-in-class examples of the collaboration between charity and property firm.  

Judges will be particularly interested in:

Judges will be particularly interested in entries that demonstrate innovative approaches to maximising the value of property or land bequests for charity clients, as well as examples of the strong partnership between a property firm and their charity legacy team clients.

Eligibility

  • This award is open to property firms working alongside the charity legacy sector.
  • Entries should refer to examples of successful property or land sales that have taken place in the 18-month period up to the entry deadline date.

Ambition

Detail how you were able to attract the best possible sale results for your charity clients. What were the tactics employed to build a heightened awareness of their property or land sales?

Excellence

Judges are looking for a best-in-class example of a property firm achieving outstanding results in the sale of legacy bequests of property or land sale, resulting in increased income for their charity client/s.

Achievement

Please share how your partnership with a legacy team or teams has benefitted that charity for example:  increased income, positive PR around property or land sales, helping them to build a property bequest sales strategy, offering advice and guidance on property bequests.
