Best Free Will Service

There are dozens of free will offerings from charities – but your version is outstanding in its format, design and most importantly, its effectiveness. Your free will service offers  far beyond the basics, and Is liked and  trusted by your supporters. If you and your colleagues have implemented a considered and effective free will service, that informs your donors and leads to increased pledges & bequests to your charity – let us know.

This award recognises an excellence example of a Free Will Service. The service will have produced great results and exceeded expectations.

Judges will be particularly interested in:

Judges will be particularly interested in entries that show how the charity has gone beyond the basics required for a free will service and instead created a thoughtful, best in class user journey that achieves great results.

You will be asked to demonstrate your achievements over the last 12-18 months, with evidence up to the awards entry deadline.

Eligibility

This award is open to charity professionals working in or with legacy giving teams.

In this category charities may choose to enter in partnership with an external third party (non-charity) who they worked with on this project (not mandatory)
