This award will go to an individual that clearly goes the extra mile to bring positive attention to legacy fundraising.
If you work with or alongside, a true Ambassador to the Legacy Sector - without whom the sector would just not get the profile it does - then this is your opportunity to see that they get recognition and thanks for their above and beyond efforts.
This award will recognise:
This award will recognise the efforts and achievements of a prominent individual who reaches outside of their “day job” to promote the teams, professionals, charities and strategies within the legacy fundraising sector. They are widely viewed as an expert on many aspects of legacy giving, appearing in media interviews, representing the sector at conferences, awards and events, and often called upon for their respected insight and inspirational advice.
Judges will be particularly interested in:
Judges are looking for an outstanding and renowned individual who, over the last 12-18 months has regularly gone beyond their core job function to highlight the benefits of legacy giving.
This person will have represented the legacy giving sector to public audiences via events, online, in print or via broadcast media and have made a significant positive impact to promoting the legacy giving sector.
Eligibility
This award is open to a nominated individual who works in or with the legacy giving sector.
For this category, individuals must be nominated by a colleague – they cannot nominate themselves.
The person submitting the entry will be the “lead” contact. We will not contact the nominated individual before the shortlisting phase.
