Lucy has worked in the sector for 17 years and has been involved in legacies since 2009, when she became Head of Fundraising for a local hospice.  She eventually decided to specialise in legacies because of the diverse nature of the role.  She has extensive experience in creating acquisition and retention strategies; designing and delivering campaigns; and creating products and designing communications that enhance engagement and deepen the connection to the cause.

She currently works for East Anglian Air Ambulance where she is responsible for the creation and delivery of the Charity’s legacy marketing and stewardship strategy and works independently with leaders to help create environments that stimulate creativity and enable change.
