The winner of this prestigious category may be a team that focuses solely on legacy fundraising, legacy administration, or a combination of both.

The winning team will be highly dedicated and motivated, setting and exceeding ambitious goals, engaging and inspiring its charity colleagues, and setting the bar for the sector.
 

This award recognises a legacy team that has achieved outstanding results with its methodology, processes, and strategy, and continues to go from strength to strength in excellence, ambition, and achievement.

Judges are looking for a team that offers an inspirational role model for its peers across the legacy community, using a combination of skill, ambition, and experience to achieve its goals.

Entries should show the team’s impact over the last 12–18 months, with evidence up to the awards entry deadline.

Eligibility

Open to charity professionals working in all types of legacy teams. 
All sizes of charity can enter this category – please ensure you state your legacy team size and legacy income total for the preceding year.

Ambition

List the significant achievements of your legacy team and how these have contributed to your charity’s overall legacy programme.

Excellence

Provide evidence of how your team sets the standard for the sector, and the unique combination of skills and abilities within it. Detail how your team makes effective use of fundraised income and staff resources.

Achievement

Show how your team has achieved its goals and raised the ambition of legacy teams across the sector.
