Nyasha Joyce Njela is a nonprofit leader and fundraising strategist who helps mission-driven organisations unlock purposeful growth. As a Director at Revolutionise International, she supports teams to build sustainable income, sharpen strategy, and strengthen global donor relationships. 

She chairs the International Fundraising Congress (IFC) Advisory Panel and, in South Africa, serves as Chair of Life Choices and on the boards of the Riskscape Upliftment Fund and Epic Africa. Nyasha holds a Diploma in Fundraising from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising (UK) and brings cross-sector experience across philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, and financial services. Her work is grounded in Ubuntu and the belief that purpose-aligned strategy transforms generosity into lasting impact.
