Katie is Director of Income Generation at Hospice in the Weald, responsible for leading the fundraising and retail teams to raise over £11m every year. Since joining the Hospice in 2022, she has worked hard to transform the way they administer and market legacy giving, ensuring colleagues across the Hospice are comfortable talking about legacies. Prior to joining the Hospice, Katie worked in fundraising roles at national and international charities including Amref Health Africa UK, NSPCC and RedR UK.
